A bar counter is the hardest-working piece of furniture there is: it is wiped down dozens of times a day, and takes knocks, liquids and heat. DuPont™ Corian® stands up to that rhythm for one precise reason — it is not porous, so it does not absorb, and marks of use are removed by sanding.

For the Oriental Cafè we handled both design and fabrication: the counter, the worktops and the cladding, with continuous surfaces and curved junctions obtained by thermoforming.
